John Sullivan - Principal

John specializes in people, leadership, and organizational health. His professional work spans more than 17 years of higher education, PK-12 school, non-profit, start-up, and church executive leadership. He is an innovative leader in advancement, vision and executive leadership, operations, finance, enrollment and communication. In his career, he has doubled enrollment, cast God-sized vision, erased decades-old debt, written policy, raised millions of dollars for organizational growth, coached boards of directors, and partnered with nonprofit and community leaders all over the United States.

He has two degrees from Harding University: a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling and a B.A. in Ministry. He is continuing his education with a doctorate degree in leadership from Vanderbilt University that will enable him to serve people in a more meaningful way.

Finally, John is a Nashville native and resident with his wife, Brittany, and daughter, Carley Jean. A little known secret is that John is an avid outdoorsman.

Sarah Ingle - Director of Strategic Operations

Sarah comes to the team after over a decade of leadership in many different facets of digital marketing and strategic communications. Having most recently served as Communications Director for a prominent multi-site megachurch in the DFW area, she’s well-versed in successfully running marketing campaigns that increased people, engagement and generosity. She has created and grown social media accounts, boosted brand awareness, driven SEO and content strategies, and implemented guidelines for effective communication for organizations on both the public and private sector. Her passion for the intersection of Kingdom work with digital marketing makes her a perfect fit for teams looking to grow and actualize greater vision.

When she’s not brainstorming creative strategies, she’s busy being a mom to 3 little ones, and wife to her husband, Adam in DFW. She holds a degree from Harding University and regularly maintains certifications in SEO and digital marketing. Fun fact: she’s a 2x marathoner.

Eric Hamsho - Senior Strategist

Eric lives and breathes the non-profit world as he has spent his entire career working for non-profit organizations. After 20 years in church leadership, he felt compelled to take his passion for building relationships and biblical generosity by embarking on a fundraising career in higher education. After two successful years as a major gifts officer at Wheaton College, he was promoted to capital campaign director and director of principal gifts. In this role, Eric was instrumental in helping Wheaton surpass their $160M campaign goal by raising $187M. Eric’s extensive work in raising both annual and planned gifts, plus his love for strategy, provides a unique perspective to his non-profit clients.

Eric lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife, Stacia. They have 3 kids. Seven months a year you can find him tending his smoker or riding his motorcycle around town.

Lora Delgado - Senior Strategist

Previously, Lora was the executive director of two Early Childhood programs in Austin, Texas; St. James Episcopal Preschool (SAES accredited, Montessori, Godly Play) and The Child Development Center at Beth Israel (NAEYC accredited, Reggio-Emilio). She was later the principal founding consultant for two other preschools in the area, Hillside Early Childhood Center, a mission of Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, and Dripping Springs Montessori School. 

Lora has authored two chapters in books on caring in schools, featuring stories from her time leading in early childhood, and developed the official Texas state teacher evaluation rubric (T-TESS) for early childhood appraisals. Lora has testified at a state hearing on early childhood, written early childhood curriculums and trained hundreds of early childhood educators and leaders through the Texas Association for the Education of Young Children and the Rupani Foundation in Houston. Three years ago, Lora founded her own non-profit, BeWellBaby, to directly support families and train educators in play-based strategies for healthy brain development for infants and toddlers (0-36 months). 

Bill Preble - Senior Strategist

Earning a doctoral degree in Higher Education Administration from Vanderbilt University, Bill draws on his academic training and 35 years of practical experience to partner with campus leaders. His focus is on overcoming challenges that impact financial and operational health, ensuring that institutions remain aligned with their mission.

An accomplished practitioner, researcher, teacher, administrator, and consultant, Bill has helped dozens of schools and thousands of students in higher ed and k-12 reach their goals. With expertise in enrollment management, advancement, and strategic planning, he excels at guiding leadership through adversity, restoring financial stability, and strengthening an institution's brand and market position. Bill embraces the challenges necessary to ensure schools thrive and continue to serve future generations.

Known as an “old soul,” Bill has visited all 50 states and been married to his wife for 26 years. Along with their twins, they have called Middle Tennessee home since 2012.
